Jeff and everyone over at Anti-Fragile are fantastic! After a few months of PT somewhere else and feeling like my issue was not improving at all, I gave Anti-Fragile a call and started seeing Jeff. I'm not an athlete/runner, so I was a bit nervous about whether Anti-Fragile would judge and/or not be interested in helping with an issue with walking I was having. My fears were completely unfounded.

From the very start, Jeff was a fantastic listener. He had a lot of empathy, and I could tell he had a ton of knowledge. He spent a great deal of time listening to what was going on with me, and then talking over exercises and describing how the exercises could help me.
