Instead of following a generic workout program, your training plan is built around your goals, your current fitness level, and how your body actually moves.

This service is designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. Many people finish physical therapy feeling better but are unsure how to safely progress their training. Personal training and coaching provide the next step so you can continue improving your strength, movement, and overall health.

HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?

Your coaching experience begins with a consultation to understand your goals, background, and current movement capacity.

We start with a phone consultation! During this conversation, you will discuss your goals, exercise history, and any injuries or concerns.

​

After the consultation, Malynda will design an individualized training plan tailored specifically to you. Your program will focus on helping you move well, build strength safely, and progress toward your goals with guidance along the way.

At AntiFragile Physical Therapy, personal training is informed by a deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and biomechanics.

Many physical therapy programs focus on getting you out of pain. But once the pain is gone, many people are left wondering how to safely return to exercise or progress their fitness. Personal training at Antifragile helps bridge that gap between rehabilitation and long-term performance.

Malynda is also trained through the Postural Restoration Institute, which focuses on understanding how the body naturally functions with asymmetry. Because the human body is not perfectly symmetrical, training does not always need to be symmetrical either. This deeper understanding of biomechanics allows training programs to be more individualized and aligned with how your body actually moves.

The result is coaching that focuses not just on exercise, but on helping you move well, build resilience, and stay active long term.
